Why use an auto transport broker? Why not cut out the middle man (that would be us) and go directly to the trucking company? The answer is simple. Trucks run specific routes. Chances of a trucking company having a truck on your specific route in your specific time frame is very slim. So, the trucking company would broker the load out. They would then find another trucking company to put your vehicle on. So what then do you do if something goes wrong? What recourse do you have? The truth is very little. You have nobody to go to bat for you against the trucking company who originally moved your vehicle. They might stop taking your calls, etc.
By using a legitimate auto transport broker who is licensed and bonded (that would be us), you have someone in the industry to act as a liaison between you, the customer and the actual trucking company. We have access to hundreds of legitimate trucks running throughout the US. We have carefully checked each company's credentials (federal licensing) and received verification of insurance (both liability and cargo) directly from each company's insurance company. We will not use a company that doesn't perform to the high standards we set for ourselves. You as an individual do not have access to such extensive records and histories.
